• Purchase and membership information — billing details processed by our payment provider (Stripe) when you buy Lab membership or other paid offers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Assessment and tool inputs — information you choose to submit in tools such as the free assessment, Stack Builder, quizzes, or Screen Reading.
• Communications — messages you send us, and newsletter preferences if you subscribe (for example via Substack).
• Technical data — approximate location derived from IP, device/browser type, pages visited, and referral information, used for security, debugging, and analytics.

How we use information

• To provide and improve the website, assessments, tools, and membership experiences.
• To process payments, send receipts, and manage Lab or account access.
• To respond to inquiries and provide support.
• To send product or community updates you have opted into.

We operate from Singapore and may process data in other countries where our providers run. By using the site, you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.

Children

Conscious Stack is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
